Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. The following outlines how these purchase options are managed.

Subscriptions:
Certain products or services may be offered on a subscription basis with recurring billing.

Customers may manage, modify, or cancel their subscription at any time using the link provided in their order confirmation email.

Please note:
Purchases made using Klarna cannot be used for recurring or subscription-based services.

Pre-Orders:
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is not currently in stock but will be available at a future date.

Payment may be collected in full or in part at the time of purchase. Orders will be fulfilled once inventory becomes available.

Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be canceled upon request. Once fulfilled, orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy:
Select items may be offered under a “try before you buy” option. In these cases, a temporary authorization may be placed on your payment method prior to fulfillment.

Customers will have a specified period to return the item. If the item is not returned within that timeframe, the full purchase amount will be charged.
