At House of Fashun LLC, we are committed to providing quality products and a great customer experience.

Standard Policy:
All sales are considered final for standard payment methods. We offer exchanges only for eligible items.

Exchange Eligibility:
Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery for unworn items in original, sellable condition (no stains, odors, or damage).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A shipping fee may apply for sending exchanged items.

Final Sale Items:
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return:
- Sale items
- Bodysuits
- Select FoundaSHUN pieces (as indicated)

Klarna Purchases – Special Policy:
For purchases made using Klarna, the following terms apply:

• Customers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery
  - Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
  - No restocking fees apply
  - Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection 
• Please note: Klarna orders are not eligible for exchanges. If a return is approved, it will be processed per the terms above.

To initiate a Klarna return, customers must contact us at shun@shunmelson.com for return instructions.

This Klarna return policy applies only to Klarna transactions and does not alter our standard exchange-only policy.
