LIVE SALE POLICY

Items purchased during our Live Sales are subject to the following guidelines:

STANDARD LIVE SALE ITEMS — Regular priced live sale purchases are eligible for our standard exchange policy. Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, smoke-free, and in sellable condition.

FINAL SALE LIVE ITEMS — One-of-a-kind pieces, sale items, and discounted live sale items are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.
